The challenge: Turn fragmented community information into a useful, conversational entry point.
My scope: Product direction, conversation design, AI routing, live data, portals, automation, and production operations.
What it demonstrates: Building across the whole system, then improving it through real use and ongoing production iteration.
Current evidence: A live product, community workflows, and an evolving set of operational tools.

The workspace: Shared conversations, clear assignment, internal notes, and a practical handover workflow.
The build: React and TypeScript interfaces with an Express and PostgreSQL backend. Previously developed as WhatsDesk.
